How it works
Phone or secure video appointments for Indigenous peoples and their families across Alberta.
Here’s what to expect—from booking to follow‑up. We prefer video where possible, but phone is available if needed. We can send prescriptions, lab and imaging requisitions, referrals, and share notes with your family doctor.

Prepare for your visit
- Find a quiet, private space; test your device for video if using
- Have your Alberta address, medication list, and health card ready
- You can invite a caregiver or Elder to join if you choose
Meet your doctor/clinician
- Join by phone or secure video at your scheduled time
- Share your concerns; we’ll assess and discuss a plan
